note to self - need more than 18 hrs between runs!!! so, i tried doing 15 miles this am. i did it, but it was sooooooo hard! i feel like dirt now. week 3 of sts is not starting today, no way could i lift. i was so mad at myself during my run, could not figure out why i was struggling, then i remembered those 9 miles yesterday afternoon. ah well. i am going to go try to do some yoga to loosen up. all my cleaning is done, now it is just the grocery store i have to figure out.
