Morningstar - Hobbling over to computer, and yes after the leg work out I was sore for two whole days LOL. Totally didn't see that coming, I even did a bonus round of all the exercises one more time 'cause ( not enough Bri ) didn't know when to stop. Trust Cathe on that one the program as is, is enough.

Elle - I totally have to watch all dvd's before doing, and I still watch Amy Bento ones over and over again praying one day I will get all the moves all the way through one day LOL.

Twinkletoes- Hi, yep coming up for air LOL!! Hope your legs n' knees keep gettn' better. You know as much as I LOVE the heavy leg squat rack stuff, I love plyo too. What to do? I have been watching the plyo legs from meso 3 and boy they look amazing.

Mary - You will love all the Leg work outs, the heavy squat rack option one I did was basic, but hard. I didn't feel it while I did the w/o but the next day and the day after was pure DOMS. Havn't experienced doms like that for a while feels soooo good, in a painful kind of way LOL.

Patricia - Love Body fusion, and I love the frozen fruit. I try to make those yogurt fruit things you get from 'donnies and Timmies with them.

Morningstar: I like your new avitar. How are you liking CLX? Have you ever tried itread or only cardio coach? How do you like cardio coach? Is the music good?

Bri: Do you own a squat rack or a smith machine rack? You are so hardcore, I love it!!!

Elle: I'm with you. I will find it odd to preview a workout DVD but I totally understand why it would be a good idea. Will I actually do it? I hope so, can I eat popcorn while I watch?

Hi Everyone:
I haven't checked in for a while and i have to admit i haven't worked out since last Wednesday!:eek: No excuse really except i just did not make time for it and got a bit lazy over the weekend. It happened and i'm not happy about it but i'm just going to move forward and get back on track.
I'll be doing the LoMax Step premix and some yoga in about an hour to get back in the game.
I'm glad to hear STS has finally arrived and looking forward to hearing about all the fabulous results everyone will get with it.
Thanks for the motivation to get back on track ladies!
 
I finally got it!!! :D

I went to Shoppers tonight paid my $48 fee :mad:
and got my STS and all of my Cathe workouts I ordered!!!

Now I can finally try one of her workouts and not feel like a complete
newbie! I am a Cathe virgin (LOL) but not for long ;)

I most likely won't have a chance to do any DVD's until Saturday.
I am training for a half marathon at the moment and run Tues/Thurs and Saturdays. I also have a PT on Tues and Thursdays that I have to finish up with. I think that my original goal to start STS with Cathe may have changed as I first want to lose 8 more pounds to lean out and then build. I guess that means I should focus on full body circuit type workouts. I don't know if I can wait though, I am such a follower (lol).

Which DVD should I start with on Saturday?
Drill Max, Boot Camp or High Step Challenge?

Can you all tell I am super excited? Broke after paying for my order but super excited none the less :eek::):D:eek:;):D
