BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Hello,

I ordered a step and 3 Cathe DVD's a few weeks ago online and her company charged my credit card 3 times! That is 171 dollars times 3. I am getting my credit card company involved now.
Has this happened to anyone before?
Please be careful of your credit card statements. Is this company a scam?
You can't talk to anyone over the phone for Customer Service. You can only email with Nancy and Bob.
The waiting stinks.
I will NEVER order from this website again.
I love Cathe, but I am not so sure about her online store.

This is crazy.
 
Before being so hasty to slam Cathe, please take some time and read more of the postings. You will see that Cathe's customer service department is excellent. I do not know the particulars of your situation, but MINOR snafus can usually be resolved in a day or two during normal business hours and if one has a bit of PATIENCE. Rome was not built in a day!

I love working out to Cathe, and will continue to always do so.

I was just having a problem with the online store, and was wondering if anyone ever had their credit card charged 3 or more times for one order.

I love Cathe, and will continue with the forum and her workouts. I am a loyal fan!

I have to admit that the customer service I have received from SNM has aways been sterling. It is no hardship to have no telephone connection. it is not needed. Nancy is excellent at taking care of all these problems. Email her, explain the problem and she will take care of it for you. Don't write Cathe's service off at the first obstacle. The mark of her customer service lies in the good care they will take of you once you ask for their help in sorting out a problem.

I am getting married in 6 days, and I think that this whole mess is really getting to me more than it should right now. There is just so much going on right now. Exciting but stressful!

I've only had good experiences. Not that it's your fault, but you are warned to hit the "submit" button only once or your card will be charged multiple times.

I'm sure it takes time to get the charges reversed with your credit card company, multiply that by however many other customers who need things done.

Sorry you had a bad experience, but I assure you the customer service at Cathe.com is second to none!

Hi all again,

Nancy from customer service who seems very nice and helpful did email me back this morning. Now I am a little calmer. :)

She said that the 3rd charge to my credit card is some sort of glitch and she is looking into it.

I am not saying this towards Cathe's company, but in general.

Please always check your credit card statements to make sure that glitches aren't happening to you. It is a hassle to get these things fixed (especially when you are getting married in 5 days---yay!!!)

Always check, because you never know when these mistakes can happen.

(like those poor people from TJX that got extra charges----you never know!!)

Congratulations on your wedding!! Oh how awful to have such a problem right before your big day! Not to worry, as others have posted, Nancy is a real champ and she'll fix you right up. I recently had a problem with a broken DVD case -- she answered my email within 2 hours and I had a new case in about 4 days. I've ordered from Cathe's website at least 7 or 8 times and I've never had an issue.

PS. The customer service here has always been exceptional. I ordered a dvd and recieved two of them be accident, but it was a matter of days of returning it and recieving a full refund. Love this site!!!

I do feel like a little of a "Bridezilla" side came out in me yesterday!!!!

I have been trying SO hard not to be a "Bridezilla" ever!! I have tried so hard!!!!! My girls say I have been very good. Thank goodness. They all do so much for me and I am so thankful for it all.
Only a few days to go!

I've purchased from cathe's site once and had a wonderful experience!(still kinda new!)

Also wanted to say Congratulations!My DH and I ran off and got 'hitched'(lol),I've always wanted a big wedding! Have a great time!

Congrats to you too with your marriage! My fiance had suggested for us to go to Vegas to get married so that we could avoid all of the planning and expenses!!!!!
Of course I said No way! Not for me!

It is a lot of planning and it is extremely expensive, but in the end, I will be a glowing bride for one day! I just have to take the time to soak it all in and enjoy it because my memories will be all that I have left when the day is done!

My wedding is over, and it was the best day of my life. I am truely blessed with great people in my life.

The support at Cathe.com (Nancy and Bob) did credit my credit card of those 2 extra charges. They were wonderful. Thank you all for your input here.

We are doing Hawaii this summer for 2 weeks. It is a once and a lifetime trip for us. I am glad we can do it, and we are just going to go with it!
(or else I would have done the Cathe Roadtrip----but financially I cannot do that this summer - one thing at a time).
