Buyer Beware-Re: Bras

I just wanted to make people aware of a company I once told people about thinking it was so great. It's called “biggerbras.com” :-mad
It's a company that sells bra's via Internet, for large
breasted women. They had a good selection and sent the products right away. But when I
had to return some items it took many many months and phone calls to get a credit. They
said they received it after they actually did (by 2 wks), then they said they don't credit
anyone until after 30 days from when they received the returned merchandise. Then many
months after that 30 days, calling each month they kept loosing the paperwork, and saying
asking us what our problem was, etc. I was very polite and too understanding, but when a
manager of customer service tells me she can't help me, and maybe the person who
handles the returns will call me back, but she can't make any promises. There are like 6
people in the whole place and when I asked to speak with the owner, the manager said,
you don't want to get him involved. I sure did, but they never let me speak to him. Well,
eventually I got the credit. Which by the time they did the credit my credit card that they
had expired and I had a new one which is now master card (visa changed it, but it's the
same card). The girl was so confused that she said she couldn't give me a credit because
it's a different card. I told her it's really the same card and use the old one if she wanted it
will go to the same account. she couldn't understand that. the whole experience was
horrible. I could go on but this is long enough. Just want to warn people if you want to
order from them, know your size for sure!!!!! Then you wont have to deal with returns. I have never ever dealt with such incompetence in my life, and believe me, there were some douses.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with this company. I had never heard of them and this was a sorry way to learn about them. That is what I told them in an email too. I didn't give out specifics who you were where I saw this but I did tell them that based on the way their customer service relations were I would never use their company. I do a lot of internet shopping so and I really trust what individuals such as you have to say. I feel that if more of us spoke up then perhaps when a company has to deal with us as individuals we would get more credence. Just my 2cents.

Thanks Wild Pony. You wouldn't believe how the Customer Service manager couldn't care less about customers. I worked in Customer Service for over 15 years (not anymore thank God) and I could never treat customers the way I was treated! C/S stinks everywhere nowadays. What can you do???? But they were simply the worst. I'm glad you emailed them though. I just don't want anyone else to have such problems. Some people don't check their credit card returns on bills and may forget. I think this company relies on people like that. I even forgot for weeks at a time, then called and then forgot again, then called again. It took so long to resolve and if I wasn't persistant it would not have been resolved at all, I'm sure of it! :-tired
