i would like to buy a stability ball but i am not sure where or what manufacture or material it should be.

I got mine off E-Bay - brand new in the box w/ a pump and video. There are SO many to be found there (and for a lot cheaper than you'd find in a store), so I would definitely check E-Bay out! I'd suggest getting one that comes w/ a pump, and also, make sure it is the right size for your height.

Is it plastic? I bought a plastic one from Reebox and dislike it very much. It sticks to the carpet and i have a cat, it did not come withe any directions

Target & The Discovery Store carry the Living Arts Balance Ball kit which includes an intro tape, ball & pump. Some Borders also carry them (look around the workout video section).

Nearly all of the sporting goods stores carry some brand of stability ball. Just make sure they have various sizes or at least the size you need!

Almost at least once a month Sports Authority has their $29.99 one on sale for $10.00. On the outside of the box, they have the correct height. HTH!

I just wanted to mention that I checked Ebay and some of the stability balls look very inexpensive, but pay close attention to the shipping charges as you compare prices. Some of shipping charges were very steep.

i did accomplish getting the ball from FitBall. now i am actig out my dream to use it in PUB, but i keep falling off!
