Has anyone else checked the blog today? WHAT is that exercise they're doing? It looks like it HURTS!!!:p

Now I'm even more scared.

Ha! The coffee was one of the first things I noticed too and it looks like a Dunkin' Dounts one! Bet they snacked on creme sticks before practice, don't ya' think? Ha! Love Cathe's cute, cute shorts. I can't wait for this workout!

We do those in my Circuit Training class with a med ball. It's call a "Sagittal or Front Reach."

Aaaah more road trip memories. I distinctly remember a discussion w/Cathe about which was better, Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.

Dunkin Donuts won hands down. ;-)
 
I can't wait for this workout too!!!! I wish she was also offering a strictly upper body at the same time. "Meaner Arms". I feel lacking in my upper body workouts. I have way more lower body dvds. I like the gym styles a lot but I want a complete upper body like pyramids or something.

Yeah....I studied those lunges too and also noticed the coffee cup right away. I guess we're all on the same page!
 
My first thought when I saw the photo was "Oh my, my butt's on fire just looking at that photo!" I'm so excited!!! *ponders the idea that she's a bit odd to be so excited about pain...*
 
That pic kind of reminds me of that exercise in ME when the Elvis remake is playing.

I agree, I can't wait for this workout and seeing the blog everyday just increases my anticipation:)Sad, but I was actually thinking about the workouts when I went to sleep last night (I know, I need help)

The glute raises? That's what came to my mind too. It looks like fun!
 
I'm guessing it's something for the hamstrings. I'm anxious to see the breakdown for it. I wish they could post what the excercises are but I guess that's too much information. I'm also really curious about Drill Max or whatever it's called. That one scares me.

I've seen that move in other workouts, but not with a dumbell under the foot. It is VERY effective for hitting the glute muscles.
