So how come none of you evil people warned me that you do the floor leg raises TWICE in the floorwork and abs premix? I thought the stability ball hamstring work twice was bad enough. But that second time through on the leg raises really kicks in - had to drop my ankle weights from 5 lbs each leg to 2.5! UGH!
