I just want to say that I love this workout. This is the first workout that really makes my butt sore. However, my knees was a bit achy after the workout and I was wondering if there are any moves that can be modified to take the stress of the knees but yet still be intense and effective enough to hit the glutes.

Glad you enjoyed it Annetoin! Unfortunately the depth of a lunge or squat is what aggravates some peoples knees, yet it is exactly what gets those deep glute muscles to fire. And if I tell you to go more shallow on your squats and lunges, you will target more quads before even reaching those glutes. Since you mention that your knees were only A BIT achey, it might be best to do the workout as is but only once a week so that you give your knees a nice long recovery before doing it again. Also, try doing a longer warm up before doing the workout. Good luck let me know how doing the workout once a week works out for you.
