Butts & Guts or Drill Max

Hello,

I can't decide which to get for Mother's Day: Butts & Guts or Drill Max. I have all other Cathe DVD's except the beginner/intermediate ones.

On one hand I lean towards Drill Max bc I believe it is more cardio-like and I always feel like I need more cardio material. On the other hand, my feet are sore from so many years of high impact (tried lots of shoes, lets not go there!) that I think lets get Butts & Guts instead.

ANy thoughts?

Thanks,
Jeanne

I love them both, but if I had to make a choice, I'd say Drill Max. Its my favorite of the new dvds, but also its versitile (spelling?). You have cardio, total body weights only, cardio upper, cardio lower, premixes. Drill Max is also total body functional fitness, which is a total body workout in a wonderful way. You won't be sorry. And though B&G is wonderful, it is only legs and glutes, not as versitile.
Good luck with what you decide.

Drill Max so you get a little bit of cardio and weights. I wish Cathe would go back to two workouts on one DVD. These two would have been nice together and made for some great cardio/lower body premixes.

Drill Max has a lot of high impact, it's fun, I love it, but still, lots of jumping w/ both feet at once. U need B and G anyway...good luck. Jody
