I think I need this workout the most and I am the most scared of this one. I say that because the others have a mix of cardio and weights but this one is just straight torture on the butt and abs. Ouch, but you gotta love it. I'm sure I'll feel better once I do it and get that lovely burning, sore sensation and know that I will be on my way to a better butt. Oh yeah! Well, as long as we have to wait a little extra time, I can go find me some ankle weights.
