Butts and Guts vs Legs and Glutes

Well ladies I'm interested in hearing your comparisons. I am ready to order Legs and glutes dvd because I have KPC on video and thought I'd upgrade to the DVD.

Which do you prefer? I know its probably too early to report on results (for butts/Guts), but I'd be interested to hear your feedback. Thanks.

I know this is a belated answer but I would purchase butts and guts, it's a great Dvd.

I love them both. Honestly my legs are fatigued throughout both workouts and I have to include pramid lower body in here as well. I think they are all equally beneficial as they are all "getting in there" I noticed in Butts and Guts I feel it in my rear finally. I have not followed a rotation to be consistent to give "results" comments. I just do what hits me and the time I have.

I think Butts and Guts is harder then Legs and Glutes and works the legs tremendously and I have never had DOMS like I did with Butts and Guts so get BUTTS AND GUTS!

for variety legs&gutes/kpc dvd
if u really want to work your buts and guts get the Buts&Gutes DVD!
legs&glutes is a step lower-not much
they both have different moves so maybe get the other one in the future?

Butts and Guts because it really works your butt and your gut...really...my butt is sore and my gut was screaming during the ab work yesterday.

Well, I think you should get both -- Leaner Legs for overall legs and Butts and Guts for glutes. Then (if you're like me) I think you should have an ambulance on standby.

I would put them as:
1. L&G
2. B&G
3. PLB
JMO. I just always seem to get more DOMS from l&g than anything I have ever done. (Leg workout that is). However, I do love them all. I just think it is more of the person. HTH

A little late here, but I would suggest that, if you like Kick Punch & Crunch and, since it comes w/Legs & Glutes, I'd go for that DVD to maximize your $. There are combos of KPC & L&G on there that you could use to mix things up a bit. L&G offers standing and floor work that you can modify up or down. I like B&G but have only done it once (Looooong) and didn't even get to the guts portion the first time due to time constraints.

I think Butts & Guts has different enough exercises to warrant having both workouts. Cathe brought a refreshingly new take on lower body exercises and sequencing that you will definitely feel. And if this workout doesn't whip you into shape nothing will. Also Legs & Glutes is shorter in total and has pre-mixes as wells (I'm sure you know). I love Butts & Guts.

I did Butts & Guts in its entirety and have never felt so much DOMS in my butt. Cathe found a way to get in there and target every muscle you never knew existed. I feel its great to alternate between the two. Which is what I will be doing.

Both of these workouts are good to alternate between the other types like Pyramid lower body and others that work legs standing only.
