Butts and Guts premix - remixed

Hi Everyone,
This is only my second posted thread- but now that I have joined the forums I wanted to share my own B&G torture routine. I read everyone's raves about the Leg Blast premix.
My own remix goes like this: Standing Legs and Abs timesaver premix- stop before the Abs section and then go to the Overall Legs premix (skip the warmup) and keep going as long as you can take it. I have only gotten as far as the walking lunges and then my resolve dies quickly. If memory serves the Overall Legs premix starts with the sit and stands, leg presses, deadlifts and then one more exercise, walking lunges....haven't got that far. I believe there are one-legged squats and barbell squats later on.
Just wanted to share!
 
Nice!! Something to keep in mind when blending workouts later when the workout blender is released. :)
