Haven't done this workout in awhile, LOVE IT but it's wicked.
The standing glute work is not too bad. Glad there were no leg presses but plenty of other stuff to make up for it.
Floor work for legs was tough, I think I cursed at the TV a few times. Ankle weights.
Core work-took off my ankle weights prematurely and didn't put them back on. Cathe keeps moving on all exercises.

**This is the first series I was able to presale. I think I did it the very last day. I was new to the forums and the website. The series DVDs were defective and Cathe stepped up to the plate and replaced them all. Since then, I try to order presale the first few hours on the first day. Friday should be Drill Max after Shovel Max in the AM.***
 
Ah yes, the good old "Shovel Max"! Haven't had to do that workout much this winter in Ontario Canada, thankfully.
 
B&Gs is my favorite lower body workout. I especially love all the premix options available; well except for double lower body. That one is a killer every time!

I just love this one! In fact I'm doing this today ;) I just love my lower body doms, usually for the next 2 days!!!

I agree, I love B&G...and I get great results from it, too! Hmmm, I think I will just have to do B&G tomorrow now that you've got me thinking about it.
