Burning Pain Question

Has anyone ever experienced a burning in their thigh area after doing weights or cardio.

Hi, DiDi. Did the pain persist or did it subside? A persistent pain could be a torn or pulled muscle. Pain that subsides upon stopping and stretching is probably lactic acid build up. The first will need RICE, i.e, Rest, Ice, Compression and Elevation and perhaps a halt of exercise until it can heal. The other is a bi-product of of the work your muscles do. I have never strained my quad but I have pulled a groin muscle and it was very unpleasant and took several weeks of rest to correct.
