Just looking at the behind the scene pictures I am already feeling the burn}(
I did Muscle Max today, pulled that out to slow down just a tad from the Body Max II, Drill Max.... set of workouts and I have to say that was one of the greatest burns I have felt in a long time. I noticed myself saying at the end of the workout, NOW that is how a workout is SUPPOSE to feel. The perfect amount of burn for every exercise through the entire workout. I think I tend to get caught up in the aggressive side of working out and having a nice slow pace (although some wouldn't call Muscle Max slow pace) is nice! Got me pumped for tomorrow. I was high fiving the air here and there. GET SOME!!!!!
I am so excited and really looking forward to STS!! I love that fresh Cathe style burn!! When people ask me if I go to a gym my response is always no, I train with Cathe!!
A friend of mine just found Cathe and now calls me Cathe, oh I am not that perfect, can't call me her name, this is saved for the best of the best.... but Jr. Cathe is fine with me.
