After reading a lot of Debbie's posts (aka fitness freak), I broke down and bought it. I like it - and between this and Tosca Reno's book, I think I have found what is working for me. I think - whether I liked it or not - that I was screwing around with my blood sugar too much. Now that I follow their plans - and they are almost exactly alike except Tom Venuto counts calories and Tosca Reno doesn't - I am seeing results and I NEVER have cravings anymore. I've been doing it since April 1st and haven't had any issues so far. Usually, I can't follow any kind of eating plan for more than a week. This one has been very easy!!
And my very favorite thing Tom Venuto says is that we should just analyze our results weekly. And if what we did that week didn't work - then try something else. Then he gives all different kinds of things to try!! He is very cool.
