burn fat...

Hey guys! I have recently lost about 13 lbs through eating clean and working out 6 days a week. I still have like 7 lbs till my goal and my weight loss has stalled. I'm kinda gettin bored and losing all the self control when it comes to eating. So I'm thinkin a new rotation may get me back in the swing of things. I basically wanna burn more body fat. I have lot of muscle but it doesn't look as chiseled as I'd like due to this layer of flab on top lol. In your guys opinions, what would be the best rotation to burn of fat YET still maintain my muscle tone? Either fitnessfreak's or cathe's rotations would be good. Or if anyone has a good one they made up all on their own! Keep in mind, I am in good shape and really like to challenge myself. Thanks so much!!

Ps. Diet recommendations would be good to. I try to eat as clean as possible. Thanks!

Oh I don't know if this will help but I wanted to add a few more things. I also run so I don't mind if the rotation includes some of that. Also, my MAIN goal (besides getting down to 150 lbs.) is getting a much more definied abdomen. I feel like I do tons of ab work and I stopped getting results. Also would like to minimize the cellulite as much as possible. I know I left you with a lot lol. SORRY! But i'm totally in a rut. I've actually gained 2 lbs. back. So I really need something to challenge and motivate and kick my butt in the right direction. Thanks again!

Congrats on the weight loss thus far! I know it's frustrating when you plateau and feel like you can't lose those last "x" amount of pounds. The best thing about Cathe is the variety in her workouts so our bodies are always guessing! If you look on the rotations list, I saw one called: Intense Cardio/Heavy Lifting/clean eating, April 2007 rotation. Someone else also posted a thread topic here called "Bootcamp Rotation". That one looks like a KILLER and I personally would never try it (never say never?? ha ha), but you said you like to challenge yourself and boy, that sure looks like a challenge if I ever saw one!

About the eating... I think it's okay if you have your favorite treat once and a while along with clean eating. Maybe if you just have some of your treats in moderation you won't feel like you're going crazy depriving yourself.

Thanks, CC! I actually alreasy did the Bootcamp one and it was AWESOME. Didn't lose any weight on it though... I was so hingry while doing it. Which I think is because the workouts were so intense.
 
wowie!! you must be super fit girl!! :) i know what you mean about being so hungry.... i have been SUPER hungry from doing Cathe rotations. i feel like sometimes i can't even satisfy my hunger! :)
 
Me either!! I think thats why I'm not losing weight doing her rotations. Because I am so hungry! I'm going to post a question about good ways to make the hunger subside while doing intense rotations..
