I am wanting to lower my body fat percent and increase muscle mass. I have only one of your DVD's which I just got for Christmas (Butts and Guts - I love it!). I am trying to decide between the Intensity Series and the Hardcore series. I really enjoy high-rep weight training and while I want to increase muscle mass some, I don't want to bulk up, just get really toned. I am in fairly good shape and am only needing to replace about 3-4 pounds of fat with muscle to get my percentage where I want it. Any advice you can give me would be very much appreciated.
