I USED THE BURN THE FAT FEED THE MUSCLE CALCUALATION AND CAN SOMEONE WHO IS FAMILIAR WITH THIS PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF I DID THIS CORRECTLY?
BMR = 1494 X 1.55
TDEE = 2315
MULTIPLIED 2315 X 20%
SUBTRACTED 463 WHICH = 1852 CALORIES DAILY DIVIDED INTO 5 SMALL MEALS EVERY 3 HOURS
EACH MEAL SHOULD BE 50-30-20
WHICH WOULD BE 46 G CARBS , 27 G PROTEIN, AND 8 G FAT PER MEAL?
INCREASE EXCERCISE CALORIE BURNED TO 537 DAILY?
PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF i DID THIS CORRECTLY? THANKS.
 
Calculation looks correct but you must burn 2852 calories per day 537 more than you are using now. I also like to look at what are my sedentary calories. For me that is 1400 cal. so I need to eat 1400 calories and burn 2400 calories or 1000 calories more than I have eaten to lose two pounds per week. This is basically the same thing you are doing but yours are at a higher calorie level which in the long run will allow you to eat more when you have lost all your weight.
