I know a lot of you gals like the Bun and Thigh Rocker. I am thinking of getting one to support my back in doing lots of lighter squats while I am pregant to help with delivery and recovery. I am in good shape but I can't see myself doing barbell squats after another month.
I would appreciate any thoughts and insights into this and any recomendations. Do you think I will have enough room with my belly to squat? Is this a good piece of equipment for a pregnant gal?
