I have a HP laptop with windows xp and downloaded Adobe 8 flash player and nothing happens. No chapter listing either. :-(

As long as you have flash and XP there can onle be a few things that will prevent you from viewing the clips.
#1 Firewall or security settings may need to be adjusted.
#2 Hardware - You need at least Intel® Pentium® II 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent) and at the very least 128 meg of ram.
#3 You need explorer 6.0 or greater if you are using a PC.
#4 Hard disc space - our big clips need about 100 megs of hard disc space. If you're running out of hard disc space that is more than likely your problem.

It happened to me.
Redownload adobe flash 8 and save it to your desktop. Then run it.
Shut down windows and restart.It worked foe me and mine on my laptop was not working either.
