Has anyone else experienced a bit of bulking with S&H? I have given these tapes several rotations and love them, but I find they bulk me up and make me "bigger". (I don't define well anyway...) Anyone else? I read so many wonderful stories of definition from them and am sad that I can't get that and may have to shelve them except for a little treat now and then.
If I use them in a three week rotation, I have to let me arms atrophy a bit so my sleeves and suits are not so tight in the arms.
My legs, back and chest are fine....it is just bis, tris, and shoulders that are bad. Anyone else?
