Building Strength Rotation

On Friday's, the April strength rotation is GS Legs (floorwork only) , plus Pyramid Lower Body. I don't own the Pyramid LB workout. Last week I just skipped it, but should I substitute something else, like doing GS twice?? Am I getting a good enough workout only doing the floorwork from GS? (and then one segment each from coremax and stretchmax)
Also, I am not into kickboxing (the only workout I've ever found I really don't enjoy). Should I substitute a straight stepping tape for the days it says Cardio Kick and Kickmax, or something else?

I would probably do GS Legs floorwork twice rather than just skipping the PLB floorwork. I see no problem subbing in a straight step tape in place of the kickboxing. I wouldn't make it an interval tape, however, because it looks like the rotation already includes several of those. Or, if you have any hi/low tapes, slam one of them into the rotation.

You could also do the floor work from L&G instead of doing the floor work from GS Legs twice.
