Build while burning

or, at least, not gaining fat.
Is it at all possible, this is the question.
I've been told that the answer is "no", but I would greatly appreciate Cathe's opinion, as (some of) her workouts seem to be aimed at doing the trick if properly rotated (am I right?).

Is there any recommended rotation for the purpose? Dieting approach?

If Cathe doesn't have time to answer this right now, you could try posting in the "Open Discussion" forum. Some would probably recommend Tom Venuto's books "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" and most particularly his "Holy Grail Body Transformation System" because they specifically address this issue. Cathe workouts fit in perfectly with his advice on training and nutrition. STS is awesome, and XTrain might be just what you are looking for.
