Is it at all possible, this is the question.
I've been told that the answer is "no", but I would greatly appreciate Cathe's opinion, as (some of) her workouts seem to be aimed at doing the trick if properly rotated (am I right?).
Is there any recommended rotation for the purpose? Dieting approach?
