Hope everyone had a great weekend. On Saturday, I did Shred level 2 then 3 as planned. I took a rest day on Sunday. This morning I started Meso 2 with Chest, Shoulders and Triceps. I felt a burn as I exhausted each muscle group before moving to the next. I lowered the weights or did 2 less reps as needed. It is definitely pushing it to another level.
I enjoyed recovery week----if that is what it was
I believe those mountain climbers from Shred is what had my hamstrings singing to me last week.
