Happy Friday!!
I was visiting with friends last night after work and forget to check in once I got home. I was super tired and just want to go to bed.
Yesterday I did the warm-up and cardio blasts from the original Bootcamp and followed that with Athlectic Step. Today was the last day of X-Factory week 7 and I added on 4 intervals of Afterburn.
My excitement for this morning was when I came upstairs from working out and getting ready to jump in the shower and happen to look out my bedroom window and see flames down the road. I freaked out for a second because I wasn't sure if it was my parents house our the farmer down the road. I ran down the driveway to check it out and it was the farmer down the road. OMG!! I brought back a ton of bad memories. Back in 1987 we had a huge barn fire. Thankfully we didn't lose any animals and no one got seriously hurt but it's such a horrible thing to go through. Found out it was a small machine shed that had a few pieces of equipment in it along with some hay and straw. Then on my way to work I came across a motorcycle accident and that person got taken to the hospital and the motorcycle got put on a flatbed trailer. That was too much excitement for a Friday morning.
Susan - I know, I can't wait for Cathe's new DVD's either. I love getting new workouts, it always seems to give me a little extra pick me up.
Sam - I consider myself thankful that I haven't had to deal with TTOM for at least a year now. Still get the headaches and once in a while cramps but that's about it. The things us woment go through.
Sue - 9 days with no kids... you won't know what to do with yourself. Miss them like crazy but also enjoy the extra time. I hope things calm down for you next week. How did DD's appt go?
Heartymax - How nice of you not to wake them.
I doubt I'll be on over the weekend. Will be moving the rest of the mulch between tonight and tomorrow. Have a graduation party to go to tomorrow afternoon and not sure what's going on for Father's Day.
Everyone have a wonderful weekend!!
Take Care!
