Good Evening Ladies!!

The weekend was busy with yard work. Still not done.

Friday I did Low Impact Circuit. Saturday I did Amy Bento's CIA Hi-Lo Knockout. Haven't done that workout in a really long time. It's fun and love the music. This morning I did Cardio & Weights. Still trying to pull out workouts I haven't done in a while.

On Saturday, I walked 3 miles on the elliptical. On Sunday, I got in a 1.5 mile run outside along with 1.5 on the elliptical on Saturday. Running 2.5 to 3 miles outside has been beating up my body. I end up needing a rest day or two afterwards. DH said I should not have run 3 miles so early and that I need to just ease into. I took his advice and I felt so much better and was able to get up and work out this morning.
 
Hi there! Saturday I did Tabatacise 1-3 and Core1. Sunday I did yard work and took a 40mn walk. Monday, I overslept so I just walked our dog when I got home from work and did 45 pushups.

Today I ran 4 miles and did 45 pushups. I am now doing a "Push Up Challenge" this month on Facebook. Similar to the squat challenge. I am NOT looking forward to increasing my reps!! I really hate pushups, even though they work so many different parts. Just hope my shoulder can handle it...

Hearty, your DH is right to not push too hard when first starting. Even just say, running 3 minutes, walk a minute or 2, run a few more minutes, will increase your endurance.

Hello!

This morning I did HiiT 40/20 and the cardio portion of Hardstrikes. 40/20 always scares me. I did better than I thought though. Some of my 20 sec breaks were more like 25-30but for the most part I did pretty good.

Hearty - Glad you took his advise and was able to get your workout in.

Susan - You like those challenges don't you. :) I have a love / hate relationship with push-ups. I too worry about my shoulders handling it. Good for you for pushing yourself.

Enjoy the rest of your day. I'm going to sit outside and enjoy the sun during my lunch break.

Brenda---Have a great time tonight. I haven't been to a concert since I was in so many years. I have been missing out on so much fun I know.

Susan--I have to admit that I appreciated DH advise. Awesome job on the push ups. I have never got past 35 consecutive and that is when I was really focused on the push up challenge. I started over a few weeks ago but I didn't do any last week. It is hard to stay focused on so many things at once.

Today's workout was Cardio Leg Blast. I am having fun with Xtrain again.
 
Hey there~ yesterday was CrossFire, 50 pushups and pilates for my abs. Today was a 4 mile run and now I need to go mow the yard!

Going camping Friday but I hope to get another run in first because Saturday and Sunday I won't be able to "workout" though I will be going for walks.

Susan---I hope you did the push ups first because I would be zapped of energy after Cross Fire!!

Today's workout was Xtrain Burn Sets Chest, Shoulders and back followed by 20 minutes on the elliptical.

Hi!!

I hope everyone had a safe and fun 4th. Luke Bryan was awesome! He's an excellent performer. Florida Georgia Line and Thompson Square opened up for him and they both put on an excellent show.

Thursday I finally did Michelle's Peak 10 Interval that I got for X-mas. Really good cardio workout. Today I did Drill Max. Hadn't done that one in a real long time. Had fun with it.

I had major DOMS in my legs from MIS on Weds. They finally feel better today.

Susan & Hearty - Great job on the workouts!!

I doubt I'll be on the rest of the weekend so have a wonderful one!!
