Buff Badgers Week of 9/9

Hello Ladies!

Quick run down of the last few days. Friday no workout was not feeling well nor had slept well the night before. Have a bladder infection. Saturday was Low impact Circuit. Sunday was no workout. Monday I did RWH LIIT both of them. Today I did RHW LIHIT Chest, Shoulders, tri's, and abs. Man that workout kicks my butt. Speaking of butts... my glutes always feel after I do the low impact interval workouts.

Hope everyone is doing well and someone joins me soon on the thread so I'm not in this party by myself. ;)

Good afternoon!

My entire body is feeling the last two workouts. My butt still hurts from Monday. Tri's are really feeling it from yesterday. This morning I did CCPP for 43 min. That got the heart rate pumping.

Today I did RWP Lift it hit it back, delts, and bi's and part of the abs. Was running out of time. Had a good workout though.

It is chilly today. Everyone stay warm.

Happy Friday!

It has been a long week DH has been out of town for work since Tuesday. My work has been mentally exhausting and long days.

This morning I did my own Low Impact workout the one that I put together for that class I was going to hold. Want to start practicing it again in the hopes I'll be able to teach it someplace.
