Hello Ladies!
Quick run down of the last few days. Friday no workout was not feeling well nor had slept well the night before. Have a bladder infection. Saturday was Low impact Circuit. Sunday was no workout. Monday I did RWH LIIT both of them. Today I did RHW LIHIT Chest, Shoulders, tri's, and abs. Man that workout kicks my butt. Speaking of butts... my glutes always feel after I do the low impact interval workouts.
Hope everyone is doing well and someone joins me soon on the thread so I'm not in this party by myself.
