This weekend our small town has its annual Summer festival. My DD went with her friend to watch her at band practice today (DD quit band this year), anyway while she was there the band director asked her to march in the band with them during the parade tomorrow and play her French Horn! She hadn't played in almost a year but she has caught on quick. There are bands to watch each night, lots of food & drink, flea market, horse rides... We'll be going tonight for a bit and tomorrow... Then Sunday I need to rest!
Brenda, yes, I think I can handle one more week....
That's why I chose to do a rotation with more Pilates in it next time cause it really helps lengthen me out and feels so good after those higher intensity cardios. I will be doing Pilates instead of traditional strength routines.

Saw a recipie for healthy, no bake brownies but nope, I am afraid if I am having a brownie it's going to be a "real" one!

I have had chocolate zucchini bread before and it is good!
