BUFF BADGERS Week Jan. 24-28

Hello! Sorry I did not get a chance to log on yesterday. I did BFBM and pilates abs. I am so happy with my endurance with BFBM. I just go,go,go! Today is Pilates Power Sculpting. Saturday I think is P90X Core Synergistics and Sunday is the elliptical. I will do pilates too of course! ;)

Karen, their were a total of 8 teams in our bracket. We don't have one this weekend, but we do on Superbowl Sunday! :eek: By the schedule we should be home by 2:30 though.

Gotta go get ready for work! Heartymax, I sure wish we could get a snow day here!! Enjoy yours!

Hi,

Today I did Keith Weber Kettlebell extreme 2 and the band segment of stretchmax. I used my 20 lb kettlebell and boy was it a tough workout.

Susan, you are doing a great job with your workouts. I should try BFBM again and see how I do on it. Superbowl Sun. is a strange day for a tournament.

Heartymax, you sure are getting your use out of Intensity. I can hardly wait to see how much you like STS.

Lala, ouch on the 5 lb. ankle weights. Nice job. I would have switched. We have inservice today so no school. Yesterday too.:D

Morning Ladies,

KCM's 30 MTF Kickboxing with weighted gloves for me this morning. Have to get dd13 to get new inserts for her pointe shoes, so that is what will happen tonight.

Karen, I have not tried the 2nd workout of 6-pack, but am looking forward to it. I am doing two workouts when I get the chance. I usually try to get in something in the morning that is around 40-30 min. at the most. I'm still coming into work early.

heartymax, In order for me to get two workouts in I have been only doing a short workout in the morning. Getting to work early, and then getting out of work early. This way I'm done with my evening workout by 5-5:30pm. I tried doing evening workouts with my previous schedule, and it always was to hard getting it in and then getting dinner on the table.

Lala, Are those abs sore from having all that weight on your legs. :eek: I just love those Plyo Leg workouts, guess i can stop gushing now. :D

Susan, BFBM is a great workout, so can understand you just going and going. I sometimes wish that the 6th circuit was toward the beginning of the workout, that was is tough.
