Buff Badgers week Jan. 21

Happy Friday! I got my step fix and did a premix from Step Blast. I must've gotten more out of shape over the holidays than I thought. I didn't use any risers and I still had to take a couple breaks  I better figure out a way to squeeze in a bit more cardio while I do XTrain. Maybe an extra Hiit workout here and there.

Laurie- I knit sometimes too, but I crochet so fast that I lose patience with knitting. I'm jealous of knitters though, because you can make more wearable stuff. I just have a house full of afghans :) Recipe was okay. I liked the basic idea, but it needed a little more veggie variety.

Heartymax- Other than me being embarrassed about blubbering all over Cathe , I absolutely loved the Road Trip. I'd like to go on her NJ one sometime so I can see the studio and everything. Bonus: I lost a couple pounds doing those six workouts :D I say if you can get a chance to go, do it! If not this year, start planning for next year.

No big plans for me this weekend. I have to clean and reorganize DS's playroom, hang curtains, and clean out the basement. Wild and crazy, huh?

Have a great weekend!

Happy Friday!!

This morning I had Burn Sets Bi's & Tri's. I wanted a little cardio blast so I added on the warm up and one level of tabatacise.

Karen - Supercuts Extreme.... will have to try that one sometime. I'm not sure off hand where that one is in the 90 day undulating rotation.

Sam - You go girl on working those biceps. Don't you love that pumped feeling. I love working my bi's. Yes, sitting all day does drive me nuts. I often make excuses to get up and walk around.

Heartymax - I prefer to do bicep curls with dumb bells as well. Yeh, I saw that about Cathe's Road Trip. I can't believe it will be a year this April since we went. I had a blast and I would recommend it to any Cathe fan. I'm hoping some day to go again.

Laurie - Shock Plyo Hiit sounds hard and fun all at the same time. :) I would also recommend Burn Sets. I really like it.

Not much planned for the weekend other then the normal grocery shopping, laundry, and cleaning. Will probably work from home for a while as things are still so crazy at work and I'm sooooooo far behind on stuff I'm drowning and can't see the top.

If I'm not on over the weekend, everyone have a great one!

Take Care!
Brenda
