Morning Everyone,
Today will be day 5 of Aug05 rotation. This one consists of the following:
5 minute BRISK power walk, 400 walking lunges, 200 jumping jacks, 8 sets of 8 push ups, 400 crunches from all angles, 4 sets of 25 dips
I will let you know how this goes. I will also be playing volleyball.
I am so glad it is Friday today. The only problem was I got up thinking that it was the 12th, I shouldn't have looked at some mail and then the calander. Didn't need to get my heart racing that early in the morning.
