Good morning! Today was the first day of D2S Phase Two. Today was Strength One. I really loved this workout... except for the squats . She adds a lot of balancing elements in this phase, rows done in plank, single-leg deadlifts while raising the back leg, etc.... I think my core will be a lot stronger when I finish this rotation.
Had a nice, but busy weekend. We took DS to see his first movie ever, "Planes" on Saturday. That day my workout was a 1.5 mile run and the D2S Phase One Countdown Metabolic workout.
Sunday we had our godson's baptism. I almost knocked over the baptismal fount when it was time to take him over to the water, and then he screamed during the prayer, but other than that... it went great No workout yesterday.
