BUFF BADGERS 2/19 - 2/ 23

Good Morning BB's,

Today I am doing Bodymax 2 stopping at upper wt work and then doing PP double lower body. Maybe some yoga X also.

Susan, great workouts. It's so nice when you feel strong on workouts, especially a workout like Imax 2. And now today Leaner Legs. You go.
 
Morning BB's,

Today is YogaX for me. This is the first time I will be trying this since I did something to my shoulder. Just have to remember to not push this one too much.

Sue, You don't need to preview any of the workouts. I never looked at any of them and was able to catch onto the workouts quickly. Everything in them are basic, just make sure you write everything down. It is fun to see how you improve from week to week. Have a great time at the Wilderness. We had a fun time there at Thanksgiving.

Susan, Great job on Imax2. Do you use a rope or just jump for the workout you are doing today. Meaner Legs is my favorite leg workout, because she doesn't get down on the floor for all that inner and outer thigh work. }(

Karen, This weather is making me want to get out and run in the sun, just wish there was a little more sun outside. :D I'm a warm weather runner. Probably from having to run track up north when is was sooooo cold. Sounds like a great workout for you today also.

I have a jump rope and plenty of room in the basement! Can't say it's my favorite thing to do but it sure warms me up!

Happy Friday! Looks like we might be in for quite the snow storm this weekend! I was getting Spring fever and now this?!

My legs were just fryin' yesterday after LL. Boy, that really gets in there good!

Today is MIC. Saturday is Muscle Endurance and Sunday is my NordicTrack for 40mn followed by AB work.

Laurie, how was Yoga X yesterday? I hope everything is still feeling well. I don't like cold weather running much either, but if you don't have a treadmill and want to run, you just gotta do it.

Susan, it sounds like you are really working out hard. You have quite some workouts planned in these next few days. It does look like a nice storm. I hope it misses us. I to am looking for spring already.

Today I am spinning and doing X shoulders/arms and ab ripperX.

Tomorrow I will do a kickbox workout of some sort and Sun is my off day or YogaX.

Afternoon BB's,

I took the day off today, the DD's where off and I have to be at a swim meet in a couple of hours.

YogaX went very well last night, even though I had to cut it short. Had to bring my DD13 to swim practice. That was her last on for the season. Then track will be starting shortly. :D

Today I did Legs & Back and ARX. I also added in KM Leg Conditioning Drills. :) It is lovely to have enough time to do something extra.

Tomorrow I have to get up early to work at the swim meet again, then home for my workout of KenpoX. Sunday we have our faire workshop so I don't think I will get StretchX in. I will just take it as a rest day.

Susan & Karen, looks like you both have some great workouts going there.
