Morning BB's,
This morning was Disc 34 Chest & Back. Yesterday was GW28K Week 2 Day 1, and it was a very good run for me. Saturday I decided to do the workout Less is More Cardio on ExerciseTV On Demand, and that is one tough workout that left my calf muscles sore. I also did Cindy's Incredible Ab workout. That one was 20 min. long and incorporated standing and floor ab work.
Cami is getting better and better at her running, and I think that she enjoy's the intervals more because she can stop and sniff for a minute.
