Hi all! I've been working thru lunch to get more hours in (don't worry I still eat!) so didn't have time to checkin last week. Workouts have been short but at least I'm still getting something in. Something is always better than nothing, right? 
This is what I did last week:
Tuesday - Butts & Gutts premix
Wednesday - All Step cardio
Thursday - PUB Chest, Back, Shoulders
Friday - Rest
Saturday - PUB Tris, Bis + PLB
Sunday - Gilad Step 'n Tone w/10 lb. vest
Monday - BBC Chest & Abs (wts only)
Tonight DD has a band concert. HOpe everyone has a great week!
