Hi there ladies!
Well, it's the start of a new week! An awful chilly start if ya ask me!
I had a pretty nice weekend. Had a long list of things to do and only got 1/2 way done but that's okay! Saturday I went for an hour walk with Ruby then the rest of the day I was running here there, everywhere! Sunday was church/Sunday school. Then we went to pick our pumpkins. I did my chores all afternoon. DH has added more crap to my workout area. Is the man ever going to learn?
I am at the point where I just shake my head and walk away. It makes no sense to get angry about it!
Have you ladies every heard of or tried Teresa Tapp's exercise series called T-Tapp? I was talking to my friend over the weekend who is also Hypothyroid. She has lost 2 dress sizes in 6 weeks just by "T-Tapping". I got the book from the library which also has a short DVD with it. I tried some of the exercises also this morning and was surprised that I was really sweatin' by the end!
However, Teresa suggests that for the 1st 4 weeks you do only her routines and nothing else. You can walk as much as you want but no additional exercise. I decided after I was sweating this morning I'd give it a try. You really need to focus on your alignment and stance. I felt it in areas I normally wouldn't. I'll let you know how it goes! I figured since I don't have my exercise area right now anyway, it's as good a time as any!
Hope you area all doing well and staying healthy!
