<-- has been watching that, but it feels like <-- is just really focusing. Since <-- has to constantly remind herself to focus, it doesn't feel the same as former manic phases.
<-- has been eating much cleaner (no soda, diet or regular) since Christmas (but Valentine's candy has been invited into our house! )
<-- ooh!!! <-- bought a Scharffenberger Extra Dark chocolate bar the other night and has had one square a day... YUM YUM YUM

<---says her best friend called (hates to use BF because she is afraid people will think it means boyfriend ) and she hasn't spoken to her in 2 weeks

<---tells her that she finished the fall class and will go back for the spring session. <---says she lives about 40 min, from calss and didn't want to drive there during the winter months because class is in the evening and roads get slick.
