No decent temperatures in the 5 day forecast. I'm so sad. I've got 3 days in Toronto coming up in a few weeks and I was hoping it would be at least a LITTLE warm. 3 weeks, hopefully Mother Nature will figure it out by then that IT'S SPRING!!!

Here in Connecticut it is 30-40 degrees, cloudy and windy. The flowers are out so I know it's spring, but the weather isn't cooperating. I want warm ,sunny weather! Where is spring?

Ha! I've got you both beat! We're explecting 1-3 inches of snow today, and it's only 35 degrees here in MN. x(

We have sun, but chilly in the 40's. This weekend it's supposed to get back up to the 60's, but rain. Still, better than 20's and snow.

Girl I am totally scrambling w/my wardrobe right now. I took the long w/e to swap my winter/summer clothes (as I do every Easter w/e) & now I can't get to my turtlenecks, boots or tights, which are all packed up in my attic. I'm freezing my butt off! I keep thinking one more week & I'll be fine but the forecast is not good..........

Kathy - I'm in southern MN and we are suppose to expect 8-10 inches before it's all over. x( At least we know it won't stay long.

YUCK!

Well, we don't have snow, but last week while I was in Alaska, it wasn't that much warmer here in South Carolina and the frost/freeze has killed a lot of plants people had already planted. I borrowd my mom's Hensley jacket for Alaska and it was WAY to big, thankfully, b/c it covered more of me on the boat ride and that WAS COLD. It's funny though, in Alaska, what I thought was cold weather, b/c it was spring weather to them, I saw several people in sandals and short sleeves!!! There was still snow on the ground, but I guess compared to what they usually have, it was spring like to those who lived there!

If I tried to dress for the weather I would have changed my clothes about 15 times today. It started out cloudy, rainy and cool. The sun came out for about an hour and the weather was beautiful. Then I kept hearing something hitting my office window. I turned around and it was hailing. The sun came out again and then the wind started. It's now a mix of sun, clouds, wind, rain, and hail. Just a typical spring day in Colorado.:)

Agreed....here in Iowa we are under a winter storm warning with 5-8 inches predicted. I had already packed my winter sweaters away. :( Hope spring comes soon! :) Karen

I thought for sure it was a fellow MN posting...last I heard up to 7 inches expected in central MN!!!!

I'm frustrated as well here in OH, but I'll have to say I learned long ago after moving here that spring doesn't officially "spring" and STAY sprung until, oh, about May. Those sporadic warm, balmy days sure do get taunt us, though, don't they?

At least I'm in NW Ohio -- my in-laws in suburb Cleveland had 80's one day, one foot of snow a couple of days later. It's nuts, I tell ya!!

I'm ready for my beach vacation to Chincoteague, VA, in late June. I keep visualizing sitting on the beach burying my toes in the sand, the warm sun beating down, gin and tonics....aahhh...that's better.....

Well, here we go again in southeast MN..........snow showers and already a few inches on the ground :-( I'm so sick of this. I, too, packed away all the winter stuff, coats, mittens, etc. and now they come back out. I keep checking the tv to see if school is late or closed.

MMmmmm! I love the snow and the winter. Awesome! I recall fondly the year it snowed in May....(work with me people...play along....a little reverse psychology to fool Mother Nature)

And by the way, hasn't someone told Ms. LauraMax that you never put your winter clothes away in April because that is an open invitation for Mama Nature to get loose with the snow, the N'oreasters, the ice. Please do us a favor Ms. Laura and unpack your winter clothes...and don't pack them away until at least Memorial Day because if it snows again I'm coming after YOU! :D :D :7 :7 :7 :7

BTW, I do fondly recall (serious this time) the 75 degree weather I enjoyed in January. I'll take what I can get.
