broke the plateau

thats me:) I just sent him a email thanking him for using me as an example. he spelt my name wrong but i won't hold it against him.

i'm actually starting to miss cathe so mabe starting next week i may go back to some of her stuff but knowing that i'm getting these kindof results i want to keep going with it. we'll see.

I've been tempted to join TT, but I'm not sure I would like the workouts. I'm not a fan of Craig's snake oil salesman approach.:(
How does TT compare to a program like CLX? They sound similar, lifting heavy- less per each body part.

I was thinking about giving CLX another try but would add steady state cardio after each workout and insanity on the days I'm not doing CLX. For some reason, my body likes steady state.:confused:

CLX is just one set while TT has 2-3 supersets set up in circuit format. There is no isolation exercises but i notice there is some in CLX. I'm actually suprised that i'm doing well without steady state cardio. I've always done it and have never given it up until now. Craig says you can still do steady state cardio on off days of TT but make it low intensity so your body can recover.
