I finally used the Versa Grips last night ! Brilliant invention - I got up to 75 Lbs. on my deadlifts !
Dead lifts 1x20n @45 lbs. , 1x15 @65 lbs. , 1x10 @75lbs. HT 1x100 @45lbs. GB 1x20 @45 lbs. The rest was just knee rehab stuff like straight legs lifts from all sides w/ 5 lb. ankle weights . On a positive note , I've been doing Pyramid Upper body and hadn't done it in a really long time , and after XT and Gym Style , it was really easy - I'm lifting as much as Cathe and a bit more on some exercises .

Be careful with your cardio , if your knees are hurting -
Have you ever heard of Traumeel ? I was looking around my health food store and remembered that my acupuncturist told me to use it for something awhile ago . I bought some of that and and some glucosamine to rub on my knee and it felt pretty good - it can't hurt .

Those Versa Grips are great ! I really feel it in my lower back today - in a good way . I'm glad you can do the bike w/o's . Once I feel a little better , I'll try taking some walks for my cardio .
