Hi Cathe!
Wrapping up our weekend, too. I did Cardio Coach Press Play on Saturday for our military and their families. Also my big brother who is career Air Force and currently in Afghanistan.
Started off my day today w/ the 1st disc of the last week of M2. We then had some nasty thunderstorms, so were stuck inside all day. It finally cleared up about 4, so we did burgers on the grill. After that packed up Vlad and we took a family trip to a State Park for after dinner walkies. We saw the old locks and walked across the dam, which was cool. Saw a young deer, but some people on bicycles scared it away before we could get close enough for a good picture. We also saw several cool dragon flies. And a big snapping turtle slowly crossing his way across the path.
Finished it up w/ a stop at the ice cream place. Turtle sundae for me. Yum!!! I am trying to get a handle on this food restriction/guilt/binge thing I have going on. Trying to listen to my body, not my head. I've been working hard on getting my head right this week, and can honestly say, I ate the whole thing, and enjoyed it w/out any guilt. Yay!!!! No food guilt!
Of course, that doesn't mean I can eat one every day
We also did a picnic on Saturday, and just hung out yesterday. All in all a good weekend.
