I absolutely agree with the sleep apnea test- that's job one. After that, you can look at other options. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago and it saved/extended my life. When I was treated and started wearing a sleep mask, I suddenly had all this energy, literally overnight. I didn't even know how little energy I had before that. People ask me what was the magic bullet of weight loss for my losing 110 lbs; if there was one, it was getting treatment for sleep apnea. I started working out, had energy to both focus on my diet and still do everything else I had to do in my life. I lost so much weight I no longer have the apnea - and you'd better believe that's a good reason to keep it off, because I hated that sleep mask.
