Breaking through Plateaus - Thoughts ;-)

Oh and those spiderman mountain climber things on sliding discs.....weak hip flexors? I'm thinking Afterburn, and Cardio Supersets......
I have a harder time with the last ab move in slide n glide. In a plank with toes on discs, take your leg out to the side, then tuck it under you, then back out to side and back to plank. I can do about 6 okay ones in a row. I have no idea how Cathe and crew are able to tuck their leg so far under and across. I'm afraid of dislocating my hip!!
