Thanks Dixiedog6, you're welcome, this is rest week, I practice the steps & view them thru, as they're all new to me. Following up here with split weights from last month & then CTX, a challenge for me, especially with the higher impact & Hi/Lo.

can't wait :)

CTX, what a great set and excellent follow up to Pure Strength, I am experiencing those (strength) gains one of you ladies spoke of....Leaner Legs tomorrow, checked out all the exercises, it's a great follow up to Strong Legs and abs....'course I'm sayin' that today....we'll see tomorrow....;)

Feel like it's exactly where I ought to be!

Hi Linda,

Looks like a fun rotation. Question as step bothers my knees so I can't do so much of it would you suggest a different cardio. I do spinning once a week but the other two days HIIT or kickboxing?

This is a fun one, still have some of those tunes stuck in my head, "kick travel"! Finally feel like I'm gettin' the hang of it...finally....even video taped myself to see how completely ridiculous I look when I step...uh...I mean to see how far I've come! hahahaha

gotta love learning, growing, & gettin' strong!

Hi Rhonda,

You could do the first 3 weeks alternating Pure Strength with cardio kickbox or spinning, power walking. ( If you haven't done any kickbox this also may be hard on the knees, pick a low impact premix if you're familiar with Kick Max or keep the moves low impact with KPC. I don't have Hiit, but assume it is higher impact ) I wrote the CTX part to use the entire week of routines, you could substitute the cardio there, approximately 35-40 minutes each day.

Whew! Last day of this one.....soldiered through Leaner Legs...my, my, my, that is a toughie!

Quite liking all the workouts in this one, went up in weight, added more intensity & impact; single scissors/power scissors are still killer! and I'm gaining some definition with all the ab work, not quite ABmanda, but I'm enjoying the results!
