Is it better to workout before you eat breakfast or after in order lose weight faster? I have heard it is better to workout before eating, because you burn off excess fat and that if you eat before you workout you will be burning off the calories of what you just ate. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Louise! Ahhh, another one of those controversial topics, wink. Whether "when to eat" is asked regarding how it effects weight loss and or energy levels, my answer to both is the same. Each individual is different and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another. The best way to find out which method works most favorably for you is to do each method for about 4 to 6 weeks and see what results you get. Hope this helps :)
