Breakdown of Exercises, Reps, Sets in Videos?

I am a long time Cathe fanatic but just returning to the internet world. I remember when I used to participate in the forums that someone mentioned a fitness video website where people had actually shown the breakdown of exercises in the Pure Strength Series. Can anyone help me find that website again? I really think I need to begin tracking exactly what I am doing each day and how much weight I am lifting.

In Cathe's catalog there is a breakdown.

I made up one also, but arranged like a chart so you can chart your progress. It is in Excel format. I could e-mail it to you. It is available on the web too, but I have had to since adjust it since it was posted there, because the order of the exerecises was not perfect.

and just click on the bottom tab where it says "Pure Strength." You need to add another dumbbell french press, and triceps dips at the very end. Hope this helps.
