I am a long time Cathe fanatic but just returning to the internet world. I remember when I used to participate in the forums that someone mentioned a fitness video website where people had actually shown the breakdown of exercises in the Pure Strength Series. Can anyone help me find that website again? I really think I need to begin tracking exactly what I am doing each day and how much weight I am lifting.
