Breakdown for GS Upper Body

Does anyone have a breakdown for the times for each body part in the Gym Styles? For example, how many minutes is the biceps, triceps, chest, back and shoulders?

Hi Tammy,
Gym Styles are: Chest 21 min., Triceps 19 min., back 15 min., biceps 18 min, legs 56 min. (standing 32 min, floorwork 24 min.)

Shoulders - 11 minutes.

Hard to believe she packs that much pain in 11 minutes!
