BPM Question from Sarasota, FL

Hello Cathe,
I've been working out to you and your crew for the last 2 years! It has been an awesome ride for me and I love the results! My question is I noticed the bmp on the STEP BLAST tape are slower than your usual step tapes. Can you share the bpm with me? I love this tape and when I'm done I have more evergy than ever to tackle my day!! I hope to meet you and your amazing crew in July for the Orlando trip. It will be a first for me!! I can't wait! You are the best! I've been working out my whole life and I haven't come across anyone like YOU!! Marie:

Thank You Marie! I'm looking forward to meeting you in Orlando too...yay!!! As far as the BPM's in Step Blast, I honestly don't know because we are always altering the pitch live on the set as we go and unfortunately we don't record the changes. My BPMs usually come in around 134. Sorry I can't be of more help!
